This machine, which is a Power-operated kit for orthogonal FLANGE FACING from 700 mm to 1800 mm, is designed for aligning or realigning big tubes having axial/symmetrical cylindrical cavities along its length which are inaccessible or unmanageable with conventional machines. It is essentially a chip removal device for on-site jobs making it economically and logistically convenient by facilitating mobility to big tubes and their connections or structure from the work area. Due to its solid and precise mechanical structure numerous turning applications for roughing and finishing internal cylindrical surface is possible. Flang facing on the face of the cavity can also be gained, given the appropriate accessories. Its fast movement facilitates optimum working time and has a safety anti-locking system allowing the neutral of transmissions and quick salvaging of the machine from the working cavities in case of abnormality.
